We start at 2pm with a chakra meditation and then go right on to the reiki treatments.
There will be time for sharing and information after the treatments.
Bring a pair of extra clean socks and water to drink.

USUI REIKI LEVEL I PRACTITIONER TRAINING AND ATTUNEMENT
Treat yourself, your family and friends, your house, pets and plants to a relaxing, harmonizing, healing Reiki treatment for health, balance and vitality.
It can help for all kinds of pains: physical, emotional and spiritual.
In this one day training event we will learn about the history of USUI reiki, the benefits and usage of reiki, placement of the hands on self and others, about energy and the basics of the body's chakra (energy) system, the five precepts of reiki and we will close the day with the attunement followed by a hands-on practice for every participant.
