Every second and fourth Wednesday evening 8-9pm I will facilitate meditation classes at the Grimsby massage therapy clinic.

Everyone age 12 and up welcome, no previous experience necessary. We will start at 8:15pm sharp. Bring a cushion or yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. This is on a drop- in basis, however it is very nice if you let us know in advance that you plan on coming.
