Reiki training

We had a wonderful Reiki level1 training day yesterday, April 7th.

We will soon have another training day in the beautiful yoga studio in beautiful Winona in the  Niagara wine Region. This studio has a magical back yard in which we can linger in the sun and shade and hear the birds' songs and wind rushing through the tree tops. A good place to raise the energy and open up to Reiki .

I offer meditation classes every First and Third Wednesday Evening 8:15-9:15 at the Grimsby Massage Therapy Clinic (3 Ontario Street) Age 12 and up.
These evenings are intended to share time together in practicing focussed attention and enhancing our capacities to experience silence in whatever we do and wherever we are.
