REIKI SHARE SUNDAY JANUARY 5TH

Hello everyone,

On this last day of 2013, it is a wonderful occasion to look back on the year past and make incentives for the New Year.

It has been for many a stormy year and especially the last few weeks seem to have culminated in days of upheaval. January 1^st will coincide with a New Moon which always helps for making new beginnings.

Whether jobs, relationships, housing, income, they are possibly in process of change for some of you. Irritation, anger, fear come with this influence.

Reiki can help keep our balance and stay grounded, be patient, and live in the present moment which helps us “sail” through stormy weather.

The five precepts of Reiki kept in mind and repeating to your self through the day help to stay focused in the moment.

Just for today, do not worry

Just for today, do not get angry

Just for today, be humble and grateful

Just for today, work diligently

Just for today, be kind to all and harm no living creature

Memorize them, or write them on a small piece of paper which you can carry in your pocket or purse.
