This monthly class for age 12 and up is a non-pretentious meet up. We
will learn different ways of meditating and nurture ourselves with being
together attempting to practice focused attention being fully in the
moment while keeping complete self awareness. We may even feel at times
the energetic connection with others and experience oneness without
losing oneself. We can learn to pay attention to our inner and outer
senses. This evening is open to one time participants as well as to
returning visitors.
