TRANSFORMATIVE EXPRESSIVE ART WORKSHOP
FOR ADULTS
8 WEEKLY 2.5HOUR SESSIONS
MAXIMUM 8 PERSONS
Explore the effect
of colors on your body and soul.
Delve into your
subconscious mind with moist clay.
You do not need to have ANY
previous experience with art work.
Has it been
quite some time since you held a paint brush or modeled soft moist clay?
Would you like
to (re-)discover your inner creative self or your inner child?
We offer a safe
and sacred space, in a beautiful inspiring studio and retreat centre at Green Mountain
road in Stoney Creek www.heavenstudio.com
Other activities
e.g. music, dance, movement, voice, guided imagery, story, mandala drawing,
poetry may be embedded to enhance the creative process.
Give yourself
some time off from daily stresses, relax and have fun!

$349 (includes materials)
Suggested tentative dates: 8 consecutive
Saturday or Sunday afternoons in May and June, let me know your preference. We
hope for good weather and do part of the work outside!
