of colors on your body and soul.
Delve into your
subconscious mind with moist clay.
You do not need to have ANY
previous experience with art work.

quite some time since you held a paint brush or modeled soft moist clay?
Would you like
to (re-)discover your inner creative self or your inner child?
We offer a safe
and sacred space, in a beautiful inspiring studio Heaven on Earth Yoga and
Wellness institute. 188 Green Mountain Road in Stoney Creek.

We will do
watercolor abstract painting and abstract clay modeling.
Complimentary activities
may include, movement, voice, guided imagery, story, mandala drawing, poetry
may be embedded to enhance the creative process.
