Hello everyone!
September is here, and for many of us a new beginning for many
activities and picking up interests that we left slumbering for the
summer months.
We are turning our gaze inwards as the skies display wonderful cloud formations and temperatures steer us to being indoors.
It is a perfect time to pick up or explore the healing practice of reiki.
With hands-on by several practitioners a 15 minute treatment is like a power surge of reiki energy flowing to and through you.
Practitioners, bring your questions and share experiences. For those
new to reiki, have an open mind and feel free to experience reiki and
ask questions.
We have again the wonderful peaceful yoga studio surrounded by
beautiful nature in Stoney Creek. It is easy accessible from Hwy #20,/
Centennial Pkwy, as well as Ridge Road if you choose for a scenic drive.
Bring an extra pair of clean socks and water to drink.
cost: $9 p.person.
